Have to NC close female friend (srs)

Continuation of my other thread, saw a close female friend that my gf out of the blue wanted me to stop talking to altogether. Come to find out she just broke up with her bf, and she kept pressing it trying to get a visible reaction out of me but didn’t happen whatsoever srs.

She asked me at the end if I wanted to see a movie later this week but I actually just said I probably won’t have time, I’d flat out say my gf wouldn’t like that except for the fact we’d actually watch movies and chit fairly often normally, but my gf has been becoming more clingy and chit during these lockdowns tbfh...

No pics of friend, she’s like a 7 misc standards but my gf is much more attractive (srs). You *******s can have a pre nc random text pic, she put the emojis in herself before I had to friendzone her ages ago (srs)

If that's the case you shouldn't have to discard her but be respectful of your gf and either introduce them so they can become friends and/or ensure your hangouts are in public.

Yeah an actual friend I’d def want to keep, never hooked up but she’s made very clear moves on me in the past when we were both single. She’s not really my type physically though, basically I’d be settling if I ever were to date her.

I’ve been spending a ton of time with my gf lately cus lockdowns and she only just found out how we met and chit, and now all of a sudden wants me to cut contact with her. They’ve already met multiple times and I def wouldn’t hang out with her alone at my place or hers for obvious reasons

If she's made moves on you in the past not sure how genuine the friendship is.

In my experiences, these grey area friend situations with the opposite sex usually get sorted out by your late 20s. If it's been like 5 years since anyone has made an advance on the other and you've stayed friends it's different at that point than when you were 21 and partying together.

This if you're trying to remain friends with her. I would be straight with your GF and mention that this girl has a small interest in you. Your current will definitely sense those vibes if the three are you together anyway.
