The Real Social Media Affect: Hypocrisy and Lying (Pics)

So this was stemmed from another miscer's comment in the "wOmAn'S wOrLd" thread that had that chicks ass on display for female power.

I've noticed this a lot the past couple years, which is why I deleted social media almost completely besides YouTube. The hypocrisy is to the point of insanity. Women are especially bad with this, but men are bigger LARPers than ever as well. People no longer live in reality, and that is why their REALITY is crumbling.

My question though is, why? I understand this is nothing new, but why is this so widespread now. It seems 75% of the world acts in this way in first world countries. Politicians are notorious for this, obviously because it is part of the game, but it is to the point of where normal people are just following suit en masse.

A real life example from my life is a girl I went to college with. She was an athlete. She became a major vegan advocate. The type to always post stuff, go to rallies or shops to hold signs. Her entire schtick was based around animal abuse and killing animals being immoral. Save the cows basically. Yet, I knew that she has had 3 abortions in college. Two of them were from getting pregnant from a teammate of mine. It just blows my mind the difference behind closed doors and the pursuit of virtue online.
