Scott Herman deadlifts 500lbs with snap city form?
In my opinion he's not getting tight enough at all, his back is rounded. Thoughts?
Starting weight 130lbs
Current stats: 6"2, 210lbs.
The 8th and final rule: If this is your first night at Gym Club....... you have to squat.

What do you expect? He's a content creator, not someone who trains seriously.

Dude has to be on the shorter side. Anyways, I sympathize with the low? deadlift number. I bet he benches and squats a metric chit ton.
edit: 5'10" but dominant torso. I know these feels, deadlifing is always a pain.

Form doesn't look that bad in my opinion. I've always understood that some rounding in the upper back is permissible at your upper limits-- rounding in your lower back is the ticket to snap city.
EDIT: I rewatched, and the fact that he has that belt on and definitely still shows some lower back rounding-- this can be called bad form.
Don't wear a belt crew.

Hips are fully extended and the shoulders are still rising.
It's not even debatable his form was sh*t - it's so obvious anyone who sees this and says it isn't should never deadlift, srs.

not the worst form
but he loses a lot of his power from the hips in the beginning of the lift by undoing proper positioning and loosening the hips. once that happens you probably are going to shift to the lower back to lift that weight which isn't ideal as your hips/glutes should generate most of that power.
it's somewhat forgivable for a max weight attempt but even then he loses good positioning immediately which kinda shows that he probably doesn't practice singles very often. powerlifters will usually maintain good form even during a max attempt unless maybe they really get stuck mid-lift and then it's get the weight up by any means possible. then again he isn't a powerlifter but could definitely clean it up quite a bit
as far as snap city, hard to say, everybody's form will look slightly different, some back rounding is acceptable as long as your back angle doesn't change radically throughout the lift

LOL I remember watching that dude's videos when I got into lifting about a decade ago
mind blown he can be that muscular and not even DL 500 with decent form

Awesome pics. Great size. Look thick. Solid. Tight. Keep us all posted on your continued progress with any new progress pics or vid clips. Show us what you got man. Wanna see how freakin' huge, solid, thick and tight you can get. Thanks for the motivation.

Didn't he mysteriously gain a ton of muscle a couple years ago and claim he started "training more intensely". Everyone commented on it on his videos.
Ya sure bud massive gains after a decade of lifting cuz u started doing drop sets...
