Any brahs that are cutting have trouble sleeping at times because of hunger?
I couldn't fall asleep last night, started tossing and turning and feeling restless. Took some melatonin and all, but started to become very hungry. Didn't want to damage my cut too much with bad food, so ate a few almonds and a lot of water. That helped for maybe 2 minutes. Then it happened again, to eventually eat about 10-12 ounces of smoked almonds. That finally was able to put me to sleep, a sh!tty sleep.

I have trouble sleeping when I'm on Keto and limit carbs. Right now I'm cutting on about 1500-2000 calories per day and sleeping well, but I have to take ****** to knock me out.

I don't know if dairy is allowed in your diet or not, but try a small glass of milk right before going to bed. It can help with both hunger and sleep.

If you're hungry on a cut you are doing it wrong.

Yes, I usually save a few hundred calories and have some milk or one scoop of cottage cheese. The fat makes you full and keeps you warm for sleep.

No I intermittent fasting and have a large meal in the evening and then some slow digesting Greek yogurt or cottage cheese right before bed.
