Put some more recovered weight back on the squat, did some exhaustive front squat sets too.

Feeling great again and good to be progressing. Gym is the only thing that keeps me alive.

Off day here. Did heavy volume monday and tuesday so I ran 2 miles outside. Strained wrist a few weeks back and it still isn't 100% so using wristwraps and doing 2 days on 1 day off. 350 bench incoming this summer.

Back on that single life so it's 6 days a week exercise to keep my head clear and feelin good.

Today I went a little easy on lifting but harder on cardio.

I feel good the only problem is I feel too energetic like I'm gonna have trouble getting to sleep.

About to cook some food, smash, take a shower and hopefully that does the trick.
The billionaire and the beggar both have 24 hours in a day.

That's why grandma's apple pie rocks and yours sucks.
