No idea who this is, but if he killed someone then he should be held responsible for his actions. Parents should also be held accountable for giving their unlicensed kid a car as a present, knowing full well exactly what would occur next.

Seems simple and straightforward... Spineless DA should either press charges or be ousted from their seat.
