Some dumb bitch almost got me killed on the highway

Right after I merged, she changed her mind and cut me off from the exit. Had to slam on my brakes to avoid hitting her, then two other cars came flying by, just narrowly changing to the other lane and missing me from behind. Fuuuuuark. How tf do some of these people have licenses? Does it ever scare you brahs to know how many chitty drivers are on the road?

Wish I had one. Do you think the police would have done anything if I showed them the footage? Suspend her license or anything?

yeah they could

but bro driving without a dashcam these days is like fuking a sloot without a condom. many accidents are impossible to prove who is at fault without footage.

I've been using a dashcam for over 3 years. The few times it's not working (falling off windshield, power issue) I get nervous driving.

Actually need to get one for the back of my car too. Not sure how it works with tint.

Around my parts, nothing would happen. Police/State Troopers wouldn't even bother watching the footage unless there was an actual accident investigation.

I'd invest the ~$150 for a dashcam just in case some chit like this happens again except you don't have room to stop or maneuver.

Also, what's the best dash cam these days?

Could you explain the story a little better? You merged onto the highway and then how did she cut you off? She just came infront of you?

Reminds me, I need to get a dashcam.

I bought a dash cam on amazon and the thing was garbage, only would stay on for 5 minutes at a time and then if you accidentally pressed the play button before stopping recording it would delete the footage.

Any suggestions on a good dash cam?

One of those things I've been thinking about getting for a long time, but haven't done it.

Age of driver?

I blame these weak video games that millenials and zoomers grew up with.

Die?

Oh well, no big deal. You just respawn somewhere a little bit prior to that and try again.

Back in the day you got 3 lives. Only 3.

And when you died? In a lot of games you had to start back at the beginning.

After your third death? Your quarter was gone and if someone else was waiting you had to GTFO. Real consequences.

Goofy narcissistic GTA fools driving like everyone else on the road is just a NPC and they can respawn if things go "oh chit!".

Dont think the police would do chit, but honestly one of the best investments you can make. Literally saved me thousands of dollars after some jackass ran a stop sign and tried to blame the accident on me (there were no witness). Thank fully I had a dash cam.

I used a cheaper one before, couldn't make out license plates half of the time, but this thing is awesome, plus it's dual channel so you cover your 6 too.

Not sure which one I have, I got it as a gift, and it's pretty sweet. It sits under the rearview mirror and the cable feeds up around the dash and into the cigarette lighter. The cable is all concealed and everything. It takes a SD card and it records til it gets full, and then it deletes the oldest footage. Whenever you are in an accident it will automatically detect it and save 10 minutes prior and before that moment, and then if you press a button it does the same thing.

Haven't been in an accident, but definitely a lot of close calls that would have been hard to prove without it.
