How do you pick up a woman in the gym?

Was mirin' a woman in the gym two days ago, and I noticed in the mirror that she would look at me when I had my back turned doing my sets. She was working out with a friend, and it would have been difficult to not interrupt their workout, just to try for a number. One of the only places I have no idea how to talk to a woman. (Ded fkn Srs)
