I've already skimmed through them and there aren't any solid numbers to back the claims and the numbers present aren't cited. Something like stats from the FBI would be far more credible and accurate.

Yeah - For those of you who are outside of California and especially the Bay Area - We have a HUGE population of Asians and a HUGE population of Indians. The blacks are mostly kept in Oakland / Berkeley / Pittsburgh / San Francisco / Concord areas.

So, if you're Asian or Indian, and you are in an area where there are blacks.....you better being PAYING ATTENTION because you're about to get jumped / robbed / punked.
