Why did YOU become a landchad? (Rentcels stay out)

And don’t quite financial reasons, there’s plenty of other investments available.

Did you get satisfaction out of providing a home for someone who would otherwise go homeless?

Are you in it for the untaxed “tips” that Stacy gives when she’s short on her rent and needs a few more days?

For me personally it’s the satisfaction of knowing that when a rentcel hands over their salary i will be putting it to a productive use and it won’t be getting wasted on consumer goods or OnlyFans

But what are your reasons landkings?

I'll be buying land because I like having the freedom to step out on my porch at 3 am and take a piss while howling at the moon without karen calling the cops on me.

I'm not yet, but if I ever get married again, I'm renting out this house and buying a new one.
This house will be a pre-marital asset, and if I ever get divorced again I will move back in.

Why would you do that to yourself? Might as well just set fire to your money and possessions now and save yourself the time and hassle.
