HIIT or nothing for cutting gains.

I like to rotate between doing rows & sprints. 20seconds FULL blast 40 seconds recovery to start out for at least 15 minutes.

Today did 10 100 yard sprints.

I wish this wasn't true, but this is true.

I do steep incline on treadmill until I feel like I am going to die and then level it out until I recover, rinse and repeat.

I’ll treadmill for 40/45 min on 5.5 or 6 depending on how my knees feel(hockey injury catching up as I age) like 3-4 times a week after my workout.

It’s supplemental to my lifting. So basically steady state cardio. I don’t worry too much about intensity as long as I sweat a little. I go by how I feel

I don’t depend on it to be in a deficit. It’s really just for healthy. Also LOL during rec league sports when I’m the only one not gassed at the end of the hockey game. Conditioning.com

I like to do cardio a activities that are fun for me.

Main ones are walks, jump rope, biking, and swimming

With things like the stationary bike or jump rope I usually do HIIT (1 min on 1 min off, 30 seconds on 30 seconds slow, etc) for 15-20 min

Walking or swimming I just sort of just do for time, 25-30 min

Jump rope. Srs. It is good for coordination and timing. All athletic movement starts from your feet but everyone neglects it.

Devils lettuce is king for cardio.

I swim a mile 5 days a week, run once or twice a week anywhere from 3-10miles.

Just get zenned out and let the mind wander. I wish underwater headphones worked better.
