Misc doesn't lift, but what you lifting today bruhs?
For me today:
1. Paused (BB back) squats
Work up to a heavy single then drop weight and complete 5*5
2. Low-incline DB Press
4 sets in the 5-8 rep range
3. BB Row
4 sets in the 5-8 rep range
4. Rear delts and Triceps
Just some random shiz to hit both and finish up the workout.
Currently cutting, so much lower volume overall than I would otherwise complete. Maintaining relatively heavy weights and high intensity requires the volume drop for me. I find it helps in maintaining strength during a cut though, vs. going ham on number of sets/reps for everything.
I'm on a pseudo-full-body split right now, if you're curious about the odd movement combination.
What you guys hitting today?

Checking back in with ya'll lifting bruhs.
Felt surprisingly energetic after finishing my BB rows so I tossed in a quick 3*3*8 SS of machine press and cable rows before doing rear delts and tris.
Decent workout, I was happy with it.

I'm new to lifting and on starting strength. Did 150x3x5 squats and 145x3x5 Bench and 175x1x5 deadlift. Feeling pretty good, failed last rep of bench but that was because I was looking at a big black booty.
