What should you do if you think you have low T?

I think I have Low T. I'm 26 neary 27.

- I can't seem to build muscle like i used to even eating a lot, high protein my gains are really bad

- feel depressed and tired all the time

- no morning wood

- still some what horny but kinda meh about it

- weak voice

- no drive/desire / ambition.

what should i do?
