All I see is talk of oversight, regulation, and taxation of everything. Allowing people who know nothing about a industry or business tell that business what to do and have access to information on operations of that business. People who will no doubt be bribed or otherwise leak that information, but most of all will make decisions that will just damage everything. The greatest crime of it all is it will be an opportunity for good well paid jobs for people who otherwise wouldn't be able to get a good job.

From a quick glance it sounds like lots of green taxes and wishy washy stuff groups have said 1000 times before. Technology is the way to achieve the goals they want, but they'll promote lots of redistribution and demands on first world countries, which will handicap their wishes.

Meh. 1/100th as dystopian as what the WEF/Blackrock are already doing.
