Rate my Friday cocktail /10

Mixing up the Penicillin recipe.

2 oz Bourbon
1 oz Meyer lemon juice
1 oz honey /ginger syrup
Shaken and strain onto cubes.

Mezcal drops for that Smokey touch.

Nice, how many of these do u usually make/drink a night? Or do u usually just drink more basic stuff afterwards after having this one?

I go by how much ingredients I have. My usual for a Friday, 2-3 cocktails like the one above. I had the first one with dinner, now another one while the wife makes pineapple/mint juice....which I’ll be using later hehe
