hair color (like skin color) is determined by the amount of melanin

its not that blacks cant have blonde hair, its that they often have so much melanin that it appears black

blonde hair is actually caused by a lack of eumelanin

And a lot of these "real Africans" also ha e what would usually be termed as "Euro-Arab" features, barring the hair texture though...

Supposedly, ancient/historical blacks had what would now be referred to as "Euro-Arab" features, but many modern day folks' features do not match these ancient/historical looks...

If you want to be technical the term African was only used to refer to the Ancient Libyans or Afri people. Modern Libyans (who don't even speak the same language) are a whole different population due to the Muslim conquest and later Muslim slave trade.

no/low melanin = albino/white color (ironically albinos are more white). if two parents with the same albinism procreate the child will be albino

So, there's pale and "fair skinned" white people but that's not the same as an albino. So, Africans do not have blonde hair, they have a birth defect.
