If your gf/wife said she was speaking to a therapist

Would you expect her to give you more details?


Mine literally just said she is speaking to a therapist through work about her mental state and feelings.

Then when I asked basic questions she replied

“I don’t want to discuss further. It’s for me”

What would you do srs

I think this is good. She is trying to handle some issues she has before they become problematic, and she doesn't want to pass the burden to you.

More women should see therapists, as many women cause the problems around them.
