What do you talk about when you see a therapist?

Is it some Freud shiet where you lay on a couch and they pull some mind control shiet or what do you actually talk about?


How do people come to personal realisations by speaking to a therapist

First one tried to hypnotize me, would also lay on a couch and have to close my eyes and imagine my happy place. Stupid. Court ordered anger management in highschool.

As an adult I seeked out therapy on my own, she pretty much just hooked things on to my head that were supposed to monitor my brain waves while she made me watch videos.

Pretty pointless, so far the most part, nothing.
