Buy house or go overseas and travel next year?

Should have 100,000 saved by end of summer should I invest it in a house and rot or go overseas and live cheaply but bang hot girls everyday but have no house here?

If you’re single with no kids, I would say travel. Especially after the last year.

The heart and brain say get a house. Get enough equity covered, and money saved down the road, and make intentional travel plans thereafter.

Lock in your mortgage rate while you can. Don't wanna go out on a trip, blow say $20k, and come back to even more expensive rent / higher house prices, feeling like you only set yourself backwards.

You can always go overseas and buy a house there. I heard Nicaragua has prime real estate available.

How old are you, whats your relationship and job status and what would you rate yourself honestly?

Travel would be my choice if I was free to do it. But be honest with yourself about "banging hot foreign chicks every day"
