Yeah this chit was pretty brutal to watch, and I saw the tear on Monday I think. But this video explains it pretty clear.

Cliffs

- 23 Year old dude is 330 Pounds
- Clearly on the bicycle
- During warmups he has chit flexibility on chest/shoulder
- Previous bicycle rides increase muscle size and strength, but not tendon strength
- Shows warning signs at 2-3 plates
- Hasn't done a lot of free weight since he has shoulder injury
- Hasn't incline benched in a year
- Puts on elbow straps to help him lift, which he never used
- Larry tells him to use a wider grip
- On 5 Plates all these factors tie together and he rips the tendon off the bone, and then the muscle from the tendon.
