I think USA by far has the best all round military (As far as I know anyway) although yes those other countries all have nukes, especially Russia has a lot.

You can have nukes without have ICBMs or subs (at least good ones) to launch them from. Having nukes without any way to deliver them is like having a ton of bullets with no gun.

The only time they suit up to fight is when the other team wear sandels for their uniforms. Or, they'll fight dirty by using nuclear bombs because they can't fight conventionally.
