I hate my autism. how can I live anymore? is it worth it?

I hate the fact that I have autism. I can't do anything in life besides ldar. I also have an Asian fetish. I also have phantom pnus pain due to my circumcision. my parents also forcefully vaccinated me as an infant. I have such reduced sexual pleasure from this. how are you supposed to go on in life living like this? I'm short bald and aspie with weak bone structure. I have a negative canthal tilt and a recessed chin and sub 5 inch wrists and small hands like guy on the burger king commercial. nobody even takes me serious. when people look at me they look like they are predator hunters that want to hurt me. I look like small prey compared to them.

I have autism and i never really talk to people unless it's about one of my main interests. Can't do anything else. I had to smoke tobacco or drink alcohol to be social. I try to socialize but it's just extremely boring and hard for me.
