Miscers Who Believe in True Love | I Want to Hear Your Stories

Is true love something we can really have in life or will it always be temporary?
After a heartbreak and too much exposure to seeing the slootier side of chicks (they hook up with me despite having boyfriends, having just met me etc), I am feeling hopeless about love.

Random hookups make me feel empty inside, but a relationship seems like it will never work as they'll always leave you for someone else or if they get bored.

Have I had bad experiences or is this just reality? Where do I find loyal and wholesome girls?

It seems like if you go after successful girls, they have a 'ladder climbing' attitude, and will leave when they find a man who they think is more accomplished. I'm not attracted to unsuccessful girls. In this context success = where you're going, not where you are right now.

I've seen that the girls I don't care about are all over me and chase me, yet the girls I really love eventually leave me.

Anyone had similar experiences in life? Did you have teens and early 20s struggling to find a quality partner? Have things changed? Why is it so difficult to find good girls? Is it me? Where do I meet them? What kind of man do I need to become to attract the right girls for the right reasons? Is this even the right question or am I fooling myself by believing that true love exists.
