Why would anybody buy anything from best buy?

Their return policy is only 2 weeks.

Meanwhile amazon will deliver to your door and give you 30 days return. Srsly who the fuk still shops at electronic retailers like best buy.

If they price match amazon/online and you can get it same day but the item you want will take another day on prime it could be worth it, also maybe some people want to go see the tv in person and once they are there just buy it if they can get a price match. I agree for the most part, but they are still in business so people must be using them a decent amount still. They also do geek squad and appliances/phone services so they'll be relevant for awhile longer I guess.

up until last year i knew people in a discord that buy stuff off amazon

you tell them it never came. theyd refund or send new one.

i had a job so i never did it but was literally jelly of them getting free gtx 1080 cards or new computers

eventually everyone did it so amazon now takes pictures of it on your door step and if you say it didn't come now you have to file a police report lol

Sometimes I want to go in to see the actual product. I wouldn’t buy big electronics items like a computer or TV from Amazon. Plus they price match. Plus the risk of someone stealing your package

know someone who ordered a go pro when they were all the craze.. told amazon it never came.. and they sent them another one.. and they just sold the extra one...

I do for certain gaming peripherals I may need replaced immediately. **** dealing with Amazon or manufacturers shipping **** blah blah.


Let me aware you how to basically abuse this system.


Gaming keyboard at best buy, they price match first of all. An extra 20 dollars gets me a 2 year warranty that covers anything and everything. I literally go in and say I spilled beer all over my keyboard it's dead. No fuss no muss, replaced for free.

Now sometime before my 2 years is up, I will return the keyboard completely, get a full refund, buy a new one, buy a new warranty, and repeat.

This also makes it so if it breaks, I run to the store and in 30 minutes I have a new one (best buy is close). At most I'm down an hour of gaming versus weeks of waiting for Amazon/manufacturer warranty.

The only time I go is when I need something immediately.

Last time was a longer HDMI cable for something I wanted to hook up that day.

Prior to that it was a replacement band for my Fitbit, which i use for my alarm clock.

Best Buy is usually a complete rip off. I usually get better prices over t Wal-Mart.

But I did purchase my GoPro Hero 9 from Best Buy because it was the same price as on Amazon and GoPro's site.

Only time I use Best Buy is when I need something at that moment. Like my headphones died on the way to the gym and can't lift without headphone gnome sayin'? So I go to Best Buy and buy new headphones. Boom. Thick, solid, tight. Das it. Thank for the gains Best Buy.
