It's breakfast.

I know I'm gonna burn most of that throughout the day.

Although TBH I did start drinking beers at 11:30.

If I don't get too wasted, and I'm bored, I might end up dragging my ass to the gym.

Definitely not something I eat often.

I might eat the eggs every other day, steak maybe 1-2 times a week at most.

Was good though, plenty of protein there.

Actually started the day eating about two cups of sauteed broccoli.

Will eat a salad with salmon and avocado to finish off maybe at 7 or 8 tonight.
