What were some of your favorites?

Toasted hamburger buns with cinnamon sugar

Yogurt cups with the colored sugar pack you pore in that changed the color

Cinnamon sugar toast log cabins.

Basically you toast a few pieces of bread, butter them, sprinkle them with cinnamon and sugar then build a crosshatch structure out of them.
