Low Testosterone Test (255 ng/dL)

So I took a blood testosterone test and i'm pretty shocked by how low my test levels are. I have 255 ng/dL, which is right at the bottom of the range.

Kind of shocked and wondering what the hell to do.

Lol I’m 31 and just got on TRT recently. Levels came back at 1700 total and 532 free. Turns out I’m a “hyper responder.” So I lowered it.

Message me and I’ll send you a link to my TRT doctor. My total levels were 450 and he still put me on it.

Done tech before? Fuked up the pct if so?

Had a blood-test done a year or so ago and pretty much got 470 ng/dl which was on the low side of the spectrum at age 24

If you start using TRT, you can never come off. Try other methods first.

Low T is a pandemic. Possibly planned. It’s been lowering for 50 years in Americans, possibly through SAD and/or chemicals in everyday items we use. Dicks are getting smaller. Infertility problems rampant.

Young men jumping on gear to impress, let’s be honest, other guys, is a life altering decision even if you just do it briefly.

mine was like 390 but it was from a home test kit using Saliva... so it was probably higher
Also keep in mind that test fluctuates quite a bit throughout the day. That’s why they recommend you get a blood test in the morning.
