Imagine waiting on LCVP in Normandy, you hear machine guns screaming, men screaming while the ramp in front of you is shut. Then it comes down and a hail of bullets greet you and your brothers, many of them turning into red mist, dead chunks of meat that were once sons, fathers, lovers and husbands - but you think to yourself, its worth it.

Imagine walking through the battlefield in Iwo Jima, the enemy even more fierce than you, screaming strange foreign noises, as they bayonet charge you. Their cry chills your bone, and many of your brothers fall to bayonets and swords, like a medival battlefield. Men you once called friends, now asunder in two - but you think to yourself, its worth it.

Imagine walking in the deep dark jungles of Vietnam, where evil spirits lie restless. Asian elves who barely evolved to climb down from the trees and caves are now making the men you call brother disappear, dying of this foreign piece of land, while back home, they are crying for your death. No matter - but you think to yourself, its worth it.

You fought for the freedom for you descendants to do this:

if these people were anomalies that is one thing but they are part of a greater trend. This emotional ******* is very common for a lot of man children today.
