just did my assessment with my trainer two days ago. Came in at 11.4% bodyfat (measured with the calipers on pecs, stomach, thigh and shoulder). He said a lot of his clients feel like **** at that body fat (probably because they are calorie deficient) but i'm feeling fast and strong. loooking good too. Had a 6'3'' amazon goddess checking me out at the gym and im only 5'8'' lol.

The fat epidemic might be gut flora related. This one type, Akkermansia muciniphila, helped the gut lining and prevented absorption of calories. They also found that fat people and people fed a high fat diet had a poor composition of gut bacteria, and leaky gut where gut endotoxins leaked into the bloodstream (causing immune system confusion)

Was large fat for the past couple years, now mid fat and closing in a small fat. Sucked as being large fat could not imagine being infinifat. Crazy thing is I have been eating straight vegan now for three months, before that I was doing vegetarian keto. Iโ€™m losing weight and exercising and I can still drink my beer on the weekend.
