Sunny side up. It takes a little longer, and you have to use low heat, but the top is soft and mostly jellied. I made this the other day, and this is how I like them (sorry, it’s half-eaten)



Soft boiled, scrambled Gordon Ramsay style, and french omelettes are good too. Over easy liquid yolk is delicious as well. Anything but the overcooked chit.

I change it up. Lately been lazy about cooking so I just hard boil them, but if I am feeling like more of a chef I will do anything from sunny side up, fried, scrambled, omelette with peppers and onions.

I'd like to try my hand at poaching but have not as yet. Maybe do them as eggs benedict.
I have sampled every language and French is my favorite to curse in.
