I want my foreskin back

I want a long hanging thin foreskin with the tip to look like a bunched up small prolapsed angus with my mucosa flipped outwards. I want a completely innervated pnus and I want to take my index finger and just tickle and flick my little opening. I have foreskin but it's honestly nowhere near as sensitive as when I was a kid. Even uncircumsized brahs lose sensitivity from too much fapping.
