what's the difference. ipa just tastes like dehydration piss.
Lifts:
Squat: 460x1
Bench: 400x1
Deadlift: 575x1
OHP: 250x2
Weight: 180 lbs.
Don't have heroes; look up to no one. Because as long as someone's leading the way, the best you'll ever be is second.

You can’t win with beer. The low quality, tasteless stuff like bud light or corona leaves you bloated and you can’t get a buzz without drinking way too many of them.
IPA’s are like drinking muffins, calorie wise. 290+ cals on most of them, but they’re generally stronger and will buzz you quicker.
Hard alcohol will get you to a buzz the quickest, but that’s a young mans game. I’d rather slowly get a buzz than take shots and get yucky immediately.
Mixed drinks might be the best bet for calories, slow buzz and having something to sip throughout the night.

I've got a few Dale's Pale Ale tall boys then will switch to Yuengling Light. If not buzzed enough before switching to lights, I might have a shot or two. So, all of the above except seltzer.
