Last night I was worried I wouldnt have any energy after fapping so much recently but ended up going 3 rounds with girl.

3 rounds is good. It's easier with porn because of the Coolidge Effect (new stimuli, not the same sloot).

I want to go mulitple rounds, I just have to figure out how to drastically lower my prolactin (prolactin keeps the refractory period higher).

I’ve researched lowering prolactin naturally extensively. Devils lettuce seems to be the only thing that has noticeable effects. Any tips?

i've never had an issue. my recharge time between rounds 1 and 2 is like 30 seconds, but that first round I last about 5 seconds. deadsrs. i always play off the first round with "that nevers happens hehe"
