Only 40 calories, so a pretty big savings over the usual rice. Its about as filling to me too.

Good to know. Is it seasoned the same way as their white rice?

I stood there staring at it several times but didn't feel like experimenting.
I hate guessing incorrectly.

I passed it about 10 times before finally getting it one day after bloatmaxxing on some pizza. Its good. I think they give you less of it than they do rice though. At the place I go with rice they do a full scoop then a little bit more, with the cauliflower its just one scoop. Probably just being stingy with stuff that costs more.

I'm 5'9" manlet and I try to start at 2200-2300 and usually end up at 1800. Usually really the only time when I wish I was 6'3" with that calorie budget.

I've been counting my macros a lately (trying to put on 3-4 lbs of muscle this year) and my maintain intake is 2100. i'm sitting at 11.4% BF right now but i'm feeling great and fast. i'm adding 250-350 additional calories per day to reach my goal and hopefully won't be putting any any extra fat in the process.

Aldi has steamer bags of riced cauliflower in the freezers now. I like rice dishes & it seems an easy swap for ab visibility gains or just freeing up some cals for a little beer or dessert.
