No way. Goldeneye isn’t even close to top 5 themes. Goldfinger, Nobody does it better (The Spy who Loved me), View to a kill, From Russia with Love, Thunderball, For Your Eyes Only, All Time High (Octopussy), You only live twice. All better themes

I’ll give you goldfinger (my second favourite)... the rest nah.

Don’t get me wrong, almost all of the bond themes are fuking great, but goldeneye is just the best.


It’s just so fuking cool and suave, exactly what a bond theme should be because that’s what bond is.

Sounds like there are multiple versions, or mixes. The movie intro seems to have more horns.

Plenty of good ones already mentioned. I've noticed that film favourites can often be those you first watched when a kid. My favourite Bond film is Live and Let Die.

GnR did a seriously good cover.

Tomorrow Never Dies is underrated. There's the classics obviously (Goldfinger, Diamonds are Forever). View to a Kill is great but Living Daylights is also a great listen and fits the film well.

Firstly, there hasnt been a decent film since License to Kill

Second of all there hasnt been a decent theme since A View to a Kill

Third of all NSNA is the best theme
