that cilantro lime crema chit from costco is good. 2-pack bottles are pretty cheap. or just a salsa roja

This stuff is pretty tasty on tacos. It’s not super hot, and the flavor is great.

Fun fact, the hot sauce is produced by Dexter Holland (frontman of The Offspring).

Goat Mexican food sauce right here. I don't like tabasco classic, but this is amazing.

Exactly.

Who puts anything beyond chile sauce?

I only eat carne asada street tacos with just meat and cilantro. Topped with lime juice and pico de gallo.

Blend a can of chipotles in adobo - both chili's and sauce they're packed in.

Squeeze some lime juice into sour cream, and stir in some of the chipotle paste to your heat preference.

Lay leftover chipotle paste in a sandwich bag and press out flat.

Keep in freezer and you can snap some off next time, only need the blender like every 5th or 6th batch. Piss simple and good a.f.

I bet you do. I bet you leave spice all over the end of that meat.
