my guess would be she had some surgery done. Based off her hoarse voice I would say she spent her early years partying and doing a ton of ****, ****ed up her looks (premature aging) and had a facelift or a series of heavy duty skin resurfacing treatments.

her mouth is weird, too. it's constantly open in the same way, barely moving when she talks

Yeah. And a very gummy smile. The crazy thing is that she might be all natty and just caked up. A natural moonface with makeup that's giving her face a sheen.
