This is a really vague question. Habits/routine relating to what? Health, finances, relationships, general happiness?

I'd say diet, sleep and exercise would be up there.

Pretty much.

Don't forget hydration maxxing - you're mostly water and a lot of what we call fatigue is just dehydration.

Planning/organizing your time is important. Don't spend too much time preparing/reviewing but time is our most valuable resource, spend it wisely or at least intentionally.

Yeah procrastination's a bitch and a tough habit to break only made tougher by having the internet in your pocket 24/7.
