Tfw locked down again before re gaining gains from last lockdown (srs)

9 week lockdown, 6 weeks opened up, back in lockdown again

Avi was result of dieting without lifting last lockdown. Considering ditching my gf to go home to my semi decent home gym which I didn’t do last time, but this is annoying af, tbfh...

I’ve never taken the gym seriously tho and she only has 1 friend left still in town so I’d feel kinda not good about it and haven’t brought this up with her

She doesn’t lift or care for it, so I dunno what to expect tbh, but was rlly enjoying lifting between these lockdowns

Just take weekend trips to home gym and train if possible.
