i would never advise a woman to get breast implants. they are toxic and gross and need to be changed out at least every 10 years. after a few years they ripple, become lopsided and just look gross naked. sure, they look great in clothes. but they go sour every few years and need replaced. i prefer natural.

yeah like I said personally not my thing but you can't help but feel happy for a guy who's found his personal 11/10
