Misc what carbs do you eat? Starting PSMF

Starting PSMF but with my own twist on it (carb up every 4th day so I can continue the diet for a few months rather than a few weeks).

What are the best carb sources you have found?

I’d recommend whole food carb sources like potato’s or rice, rather than stuff like cereal/sugary foods because it could trigger you to binge being on such an extreme diet
