How to Recover from Eating like SH!T For a Week?

Stuck in a small town with no Gym and only a Mcdonalds & Dominos (srs). I've went from lifting hard and making gains by eating slightly above maintenance to feeling like **** and not lifting at all.

I likely leave tomorrow. Should I do a mini cut for a week?

Yeah and most likely a flush of some kind to feel cleansed.
There is an unspoken thing, we are iron brothers and sisters, we are to support each other and...It is our duty to support our brothers and sisters in the iron game!

Just get back to normal. Don’t starve yourself. Lots of water. Cardio and poops. And you’ll be back to normal in a few days.

Don’t starve and start up a binge, starve cycle. No need. Keep your head straight and get a few good days under your belt.

Find something else to occupy your time. It's tough in a small ass town.

Book yourself into rehab, cut all contact from friends and family and focus completely on rehabilitation. Remove everything from your house and lock yourself in the bathroom with just water until you no longer crave anything

There was no grocery store in this small town? surely you could have found something a little healthy to eat.

Yeah, I just checked. I could've done things better. I guess I wrote off this idea, because i only have a microwave.

Eat a lot of greens and fruit, drink a lot of water. Try to avoid excessive sugar, salt, and saturated fats for the next while, you’ll feel normal in like 2 days probably

This, just go back to normal. Trying to fast or make up for it is just going to mess you up mentally.

I ate like chit yesterday as a cheat day and also trying to recover from all the anxiety and chitty feelings I get from too much toxin in my body.

The key for me is to fast for most of the next day and then eat one good meal for dinner. Then go back to your old healthy routine.
