Best ideas I have are to fist yourself, get a small mirror maybe, and some dumbbells and a cable machine if you can.

Get a real power rack or at least half rack with safety bars before you guillotine yourself.

My rec is $5 pulley (preferably one on a swivel) + some paracord and carabiners = instant cable machine (attach normal plates to paracord)

Good start brah. Agree with FLEX on adding adjustable dumbbells. I recently got a pair of Powerblocks that go to 90 lbs and love them. Also consider upgrading from the squat rack to a full cage or half cage with better safeties. Rubber stall mats for the floor would be a good addition too.

such is life in Eastern Europe, all garages here are of standard size: 3x6 meters. It's not attached to my own house (I live in an apartment), it is located in a separate neighborhood with nothing but such garages crammed closely next to each other. I wonder if such a thing exists in first-world countries.

Nice closet gym. Looks about the size of Harry Potter’s room underneath the stairs.

It’s a start and it looks you have essentials. Not sure if you have room for cables though.
