He was a young, dumb, kid. I believe that kids like him can be rehabilitated and taught better. It's easier to teach a 20 year old than a 40 year old.

Agreed. I feel bad in this case. He should’ve complied, yes, but he should’ve just been apprehended and taken to jail. TBH, since the situation is so fuked, I have no issue with handing his family six figures.

i wish cop shoot me in non-lethal area for an unjustified reason so i can start go fund me and sure for millions. If anyone here's a police officer lets do it up. Worst that will happen to you is paid vacation.

Agreed. I said this in a related thread. Let the bishes do investigative work. They can interview suspects and gather evidence. Stop letting them patrol and directly apprehend suspects in the field. 9/10 are basically useless in these situations.
