Random Lower Back Pain? Kidney? (Srs)

Random Lower Back Pain? Kidney? (Srs)
Just started a bit over an hour ago.
In the past, I noticed a bit of a pulsing pain in what I assume was my kidneys but it was brief and wouldnt last for long.
but this seems constant and is concerning. Especially considering I was already going through health probs for the past 3 months.
What could this be? its just under/ behind ribcage in lower right back.
doesnt seem muscular. I tried to foam roll and see if it was just a pulled muscle or something but it didnt activate or relieve the pain.
Any1 know wat dis is?
hoping I dont have to make a trip to er tonite or have a kidney stone or some sht

Check your temps? If you have a fever it might be appendicitis.

I have kidney issues because of lupus and get infections :/
They suck

Make sure you're not dehydrated. I got wicked back pain in college when I was on a diet of Monsters and Addy (have a prescription).
