Is it possible to educate whites to think rationally?

How can we educate them to stop mass shooting and raping children and teach them the importance of self-responsibility?

I love white people but I don't see them living harmoniously with other Americans in the foreseeable future unless they become civilized.

Thoughts?

Blacks have the most mass shooters and ****s. Just look at chicago, detroit, st louis, Atlanta ect.. any place full of black people same story.
