After a while being up the high becomes normal and being on the ground is weird

There are times where I’d be up tower for 12 - 14 hours a day 3 - 5 weeks straight at a time

Know that feel. When I started pushing scrapers with a dozer for 12+ hours a day, I kept running into things with my car cause I was used to pushing things with my dozer.

**** telehandlers. My friends at a mine used to **** with me when they were controlling them, whenever I needed to use one on my own I'd nope the fuk out like 20 feet in the air and take a ladder or have someone else do the maintenance.

Lmao I had a guy fukn with me on a boom lift at 100’ in the air and it was over weight. Stressful as fuk but also funny

Have also had to rappel out of a seized boom lift at 125’ because we didn’t want to sit up there for 3 hours to wait for the mechanic
