He doesn’t look too good in my opinion. Even though he was overweight before he looked solid like a brute. Now that he’s loosing weight his loose skin shows more which makes him look older.

look at bill clinton, he is frail and thin looking. biden is frail and thin looking, a lot lighter than when they were younger.
