Short answer- no, but you really have to socialmaxx/ and or have a extroverted personality

I bartend events and am just really social in person. I usually tell people I had it and dont really care for it anymore.

Again though, I stress the fact you have to appear social but people to not think its weird or creepy for you to not have one. Or at least appear somewhat normal.

But we're talking about teenagers here. I think that the older people get the less they care about social media. I was on FB some 12 years ago, but closed account. No social media since, just don't feel it necessary.
