You should be okay. The last few weeks crypto has been booming so it was overdue to go down a bit. Once it starts to go down (Wednesday) the weekends are a bit worse. I would've waited until tomorrow to invest because Monday usually when things start to go up a bit again.

I'd recommend not investing anything you can't afford to lose & when you do invest it always have an escape plan.

Low risk plan
Pull out at a profit and buy back in during the bear market.

A medium plan is this... so you have $5,000
When chainlink goes up 20% from your initial investment point.. you're now at $6000. You can take out $1,000 and leave $5,000 in there. Rinse repeat. This is called the golden egg.

The plan I would do is.. buy it, forget about it, check it in 4 years for the next bull market.

Put in another 2k this morning when the market dipped and the coin a dipped about $8. Already up a decent amount this morning. Holding for the long haul brah

You'll be fine. A way to check if your investment is stable is checking the bounce back after huge flash crashes like what happened last night
